1. Purpose and scope
These guidelines set out the standards Omachi Innovation Private Limited holds itself to as a company, and the conduct we expect from people who deal with us: website visitors, business contacts, partners and anyone who writes to us or engages with our official channels.
They are separate from the rules inside our products. Each product has its own Community Guidelines for the people who use it. For Livo, see the Livo Community Guidelines on the Livo website.
2. Our commitments
- Products for adults. Our apps are for people aged 18 and over.
- Safety by design. We build reporting, blocking and live monitoring into our products from the start.
- Privacy. We collect only what we need, and we do not sell personal information.
- Fair, human review. People can ask for a decision about their account to be reviewed by a person.
- Action on reports. We review reports, act on violations, and tell people the outcome where we can.
- Compliance. We follow Indian law, including the IT Rules, 2021 and the DPDP Act, 2023, and the policies of the platforms that distribute our apps.
3. What we expect from you
- Be respectful and honest when you contact us
- Give accurate information, and do not pretend to be someone else
- Treat our staff and other people with courtesy
- Respect other people’s privacy and intellectual property
- Follow the law
4. What we do not accept
We will not accept:

5. Reporting a concern
If you see conduct on one of our official channels that breaks these guidelines, or believe someone is misusing our name, write to app-support@omachi.in. For problems inside a product, use the report option in the app, which reaches the safety team fastest.
6. How we respond
Depending on the seriousness of the conduct, we may warn the person, stop replying, block an email address or account on our channels, or take legal action. Where the law requires, or where there is a risk to anyone’s safety, we will inform the authorities and preserve relevant records.
7. Appeals and grievances
If you think we have acted wrongly, write to our Grievance Officer. A person who was not involved in the original decision will look at it again.
Support: app-support@omachi.in (we reply within 24 hours)
Grievance Officer: Mohammad Akaram, grievance.officer@omachi.in
We acknowledge a grievance within 24 hours of receiving it and resolve it within 15 days.
8. Changes
We review these guidelines as our products and the law change. The date at the top shows the current version.
