1. Who we are

This website is operated by Omachi Innovation Private Limited (“Omachi”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India with CIN U62099PB2024PTC060902. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”), we are the data fiduciary for the information described in this policy.

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers personal information we collect when you visit this website or contact us by email. It does not cover the Livo app. The Livo app and its website have their own Privacy Policy, which explains what Livo collects from people who use the app. Please read that policy if you use Livo.

3. Information we collect

We collect only what we need:

• Information you send us. When you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the contents of your message and any attachments.
• Technical information. Our web host may automatically record your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and the time of the request in server logs.
• Fonts. This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore makes a request to Google, which may receive your IP address.

This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics tools, and does not ask you to create an account.

4. How we use information

• To reply to your questions, support requests and business enquiries
• To investigate and resolve grievances and complaints
• To keep this website secure and working
• To meet our legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

5. Consent and lawful use

We process the information you send us because you chose to send it, which is your consent, and for legitimate uses permitted by the DPDP Act, such as responding to you and meeting legal obligations. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already done, and we may need to keep some information where the law requires it.

6. Who we share it with

We share information only where needed, and only with:

• Service providers that help us run the website and our email, under contracts that require them to protect it
• Courts, government bodies and law enforcement, where the law requires or a valid order is received
• A successor to our business, if the business is transferred, on the same terms as this policy

7. Where information is processed

Our service providers may process information in India or in other countries. Where we transfer information outside India, we do so in line with the DPDP Act and any restrictions notified under it.

8. How long we keep it

We keep emails and the information in them only for as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and for as long as the law requires. After that we delete the information or anonymise it. Server logs are kept by our host for a short, limited period.

9. Security

We use reasonable security safeguards, including access controls and encrypted connections, to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will notify affected people and the authorities of a personal data breach as the law requires.

10. Your rights

Under the DPDP Act you may:

• Ask for a summary of the personal information we hold about you and how it is used
• Ask us to correct or complete it, or to erase it
• Withdraw your consent
• Nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to
• Raise a grievance with us, and if you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India

11. Children

This website is for adults and is not directed at children. Our products are for people aged 18 and over. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, tell us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
